Casanova says he is obese not from overeating, but from a medical condition and the medication he takes to treat it.
A spokesman for Greater Bridgeport Transit says the agency is still trying to come up with a way for Casanova to take public transportation. If it can't come up with a plan, it will buy a new handicapped van that can carry somebody his size.
