A paving project in Norwalk has been put on hold during school drop-off time.Parents complained that the paving on Roton Avenue prevented them from reaching

NORWALK - A paving project in Norwalk has been put on hold during school drop-off time.

Parents complained that the paving on Roton Avenue prevented them from reaching Rowayton Elementary School.

Crews have now agreed to suspend work between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. so students and parents can get to the school.
