Police say Thulin, 19, and Natalie Carpenter, 18, planned attacks at two Connecticut schools.

NORWALK - Police have arrested a second teen who they say was involved in a plot to attack two southwestern Connecticut high schools.

Peter Thulin, 19, was arrested Tuesday. Police say Thulin and Natalie Carpenter, 18, planned attacks at Stratford and Danbury high schools. Carpenter was arrested in March. An arrest warrant had been out for Thulin since Carpenter was arrested.

According to police, the two were housemates in a group home for people battling mental illness.
