MILFORD - A newly released report into claims by two principals of sexual harassment at the hands of former Milford school superintendent Harvey Polansky has come back with inconclusive results.
The report found Polansky to be a "huggy person" but stopped short of declaring he sexually harassed the two women.
The report detailed one woman's claims that Polansky hugged her, cupped her face in his hands, kissed her on the lips, placed his hand on her lower back and touched her buttocks.
Another woman reported similar incidents but said "she thought nothing of it."
Polansky is charged with sexual assault in connection with the allegations. He accepted a buyout last week to step down as superintendent.
