Police: Alicia Houslin, 28, was high on PCP when she drove van into building in Stamford
STAMFORD - Stamford police say the driver of a van that went barreling into an apartment complex Friday morning was high on the drug PCP.
Police say the driver behind the wheel was 28-year-old Alicia Houslin. She allegedly had 14 bags of PCP with her when she was arrested.
Police say it is amazing that no one was seriously hurt.

People who live in the building say they felt it shake when the van hit. The driver narrowly missed a hydrant and telephone pole.
A passenger in the car with Houslin was not seriously hurt.
Houslin is due back in court next month.
