GREENWICH - State police in New York have released the toxicology report of the Greenwich teen who was behind the wheel in a deadly crash in September.

They say Bruno Vaccarezza tested positive for anti-anxiety medications, as well as cocaine, marijuana and bath salts.

Police say the 19-year-old was driving with three other people in the car when he crashed into a bridge abutment in Westchester over Labor Day weekend.
The crash killed everyone in the car, including Vincent Mendoza, who was from Norwalk.
