Police: Fairfield woman handcuffed ex-husband

A Fairfield woman is being held on $15,000 bail after she allegedly handcuffed her sleeping, estranged husband to herself and began to bite and scratch

FAIRFIELD - A Fairfield woman is being held on $15,000 bail after she allegedly handcuffed her sleeping, estranged husband to herself and began to bite and scratch him.

Fairfield police say 37-year-old Helen Sun told them she wanted to have a conversation with Robert Drawbough so she put the restraints on him while he was asleep.

Police say Drawbough, 32, was treated at Saint Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport and released.

Sun faces multiple charges including unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.
