West Haven police say they have charged a Milford man after officers found him passed out on the curb with a child in a stroller

WEST HAVEN - West Haven police say they have charged a Milford man after officers found him passed out on the curb with a child in a stroller next to him.

Police say they found 52-year-old Harry Apuzzo along Campbell Avenue around 7 p.m. Tuesday night.

Police say Apuzzo smelled of alcohol and officers found several containers of alcohol on him.

They say the 4-year-old in the stroller was taken to the hospital to be treated for possible dehydration, but is expected to be OK.
