Police ID body found in Cummings Park in Stamford

Stamford police say they have identified the man who was found dead in Cummings Park this week. Police say he was a 41-year-old homeless man

STAMFORD - Stamford police say they have identified the man who was found dead in Cummings Park this week.

Police say he was a 41-year-old homeless man from Guatemala.

They are not releasing the victim's name until his family is notified.

The body was discovered Tuesday morning.  

Police say the cold weather may have contributed to his death.

They say there were no signs of foul play.
