STAMFORD - Stamford police have identified a suspect they say is behind at least two Stamford bank robberies.

Investigators say Kevin Bolden, 46, with a last known address in New Haven, robbed a bank in Woodbridge at the beginning of the month and another on Atlantic Street in Stamford just last week. They say he may also be connected with a robbery in New Haven.

Police say Bolden is a career criminal with an extensive record which includes assaults, robbery, burglary, possession of narcotics and interfering/resisting arrest. He also has an active warrant out over bank robberies in Woodbridge and Greenwich.

Police are calling Bolden dangerous and believe he's been on the run, robbing banks for months.

Investigators say Bolden often drives a later model, gray Volvo station wagon.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 203-354-INFO.
