BRIDGEPORT - A mother from Bridgeport says her house was sprayed with bullets and now she is living in fear for her kids' safety.

Police are investigating why multiple shots were fired into her house on Lewis Street.

The mother says the bullets barely missed her four young children while they were sleeping Sunday night.

She tells News 12 she does not want to reveal her identity and did not want to show her face on camera.

She says while she doesn't feel safe at her home, she doesn't know where else to go.

Bridgeport police say they have no suspects, but some witnesses say they did see a small black SUV leaving the area early Sunday morning.
