STAMFORD - Stamford police have arrested a man in connection to an early ­morning home invasion and a string of vehicle break-ins.Police say Larry Bowman Jr., 35, was looking for unlocked cars when he found a garage door opener and gained access to 137 Fifth St. According to authorities, Bowman was caught rifling through jewelry in the family's master bedroom and then chased outside.Bowman was located by officers after allegedly running through yards and leaping over a six-foot wall.Police say the suspect was in possession of flashlights, GPS units and radar detectors.
