BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police are investigating after they say a man had a fatal overdose at the Gathering of the Vibes.

Police have identified the man as 40-year-old Christopher Cragin, of North Haven.

Meanwhile, Fairfield police say they've received phone calls complaining about the noise from the music festival being held in Bridgeport. Police in Bridgeport say the festival is exempt from the city's noise control ordinance, but they're trying to handle complaints in a way that benefits everyone.

The event's organizer says he's working on ways to minimize disruptions. The festival continues today at Seaside Park.
