STAMFORD - A Superior Court judge in Stamford will not face any charges after hitting a judicial marshal with his car last week.

State police say Judge Kevin Tierney hit 32-year-old Cynthia Miranda last Wednesday as he was pulling into the courthouse parking area on Hoyt Street.

People at the courthouse say Tierney did not stop after hitting Miranda, who was not seriously hurt.
