ROWAYTON - Police are investigating a bizarre case of vandalism after multiple porta-potties were set ablaze in Rowayton.

Fire department officials have confirmed several cases, including one in which the portable toilet was melted down to the ground.

No injuries have been reported and water does not appear to have been contaminated, officials confirm.

Rowayton Fire Marshal Ed Carlson says that it didn't take long to put out the fires, but the incidents have been keeping his department busy.

No arrests have been made at this time.
