Police say Leigh Sabo was traveling north on Bridgeport Avenue Thursday night when her Buick Century struck another vehicle in a head-on collision.

Police say the crash occurred at around 6:30 p.m.

Sabo was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and later died. Her 15-month-old daughter was in the car at the time and suffered minor injuries.
