NORWALK - Police are investigating whether an arrest made in a tire theft this morning could possibly be linked to similar crimes in Norwalk and Stamford.

Norwalk police say Angel Pol-Diaz, 21, took $4,000 tires off of a luxury car at the Ledgebrook Condominium Complex early this morning.

According to police, a neighbor spotted the theft and called 911. Minutes later, officers arrested Pol-Diaz, who they say had the tires in his trunk.

Officials say this theft could be linked to five other cases in Norwalk and 10 cases in Stamford.
