BRIDGEPORT - State police are investigating after bones were discovered near the area where missing college student Alyssiah Wiley's remains were found in Bridgeport.
They say an animal bone, a possible facial bone and a cross are being inspected today by the state medical examiner.
They were found at a makeshift altar less than a mile away from Wiley's remains on Glenwood Avenue Tuesday night.

Wiley was missing for about a month before she was discovered in a wooded area near the Trumbull border.
