Police release sketch of fatal crash victim

State police are hoping a new sketch will help them identify a man who was hit and killed by a car on I-95 in Stamford

STAMFORD - State police are hoping a new sketch will help them identify a man who was hit and killed by a car on I-95 in Stamford last month.

They say the man was hit early in the morning on Nov. 23 while walking on the shoulder of the southbound side near exit 7.

Police describe him as a Hispanic man in his 30s wearing dark blue jeans, a black Timberland belt with a silver buckle and a blue and white J-Crew button-down shirt.

They say he also had on Nike Air sneakers and a wooden rosary necklace without the cross attached.

Police say they want to identify the man so they can notify his family.
