GREENWICH - Police increased their presence at Greenwich High School today after reports of a gun prompted a lockdown yesterday afternoon.

Authorities have since arrested 19-year-old Gianfranco Romero, who students apparently overhead saying he had a gun in his backpack and planned on shooting people. No weapons were found after a search by investigators.

Romero is facing breach of peace charges.
