DARIEN - Darien police are reportedly hunting for a group of suspected shop lifters who hit two stores last week.

Police tell "The Darien News" a group of four tried to use a bad check at Jos A. Bank after they browsed the store.

The manager reportedly said two people distracted him, while the other two allegedly stole wallets and cuff links.

They also reportedly presented another bad check at Brooks Brothers, but left when asked for another form of payment.
