WILTON - Wilton police are searching for a man Friday they say sexually assaulted a teenage girl outside an assisted living center.

Police say a man of Middle Eastern descent approached the teen in a wooded area behind the Sunrise Assisted Living Center on Danbury Road Thursday afternoon. They say he started talking to her, went to hug her, touched her rear-end and ran off.

According to police, the suspect left the area in a tan colored mid-size sedan.

A representative from Sunrise says the victim did not work at the facility, but ran inside the building to report the incident.
