Police seek gunmen in Norwalk shooting

NORWALK - Police are searching for gunmen who fired shots at several vehicles in Norwalk last night. A police officer heard three shots fired and came to the area, where neighbors directed him to the intersection of Sheridan Street and Woodward Avenue. Police recovered two handguns in a nearby yard and removed a bullet from a tree. No arrests were made, but authorities questioned several people, including two men who claim to have been the intended targets. Investigators say no one was hurt. Anyone with information is urged to call Norwalk police at 203-854-3000.
