MILFORD - A Bridgeport man allegedly caught on video stealing soda was arrested for the second time in just two days.

Police in Milford say they arrested 21-year-old David Lopez Friday after he smashed the front door of the Friendly Liquor Shop on Broad Street.

Lopez is accused of breaking into the Napoli Deli, also in Milford, the day before.

In both cases, News 12 is told that Lopez claimed he broke into the stores because he was thirsty.
