NORWALK - Norwalk police have released new details about a New Canaan 16-year-old charged in the March death of a jogger.

Police say the teen was definitely using her keyboard to surf the Internet on her iPhone when she hit and killed Ken Dorsey, 44, along New Canaan Avenue.

She has been charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and distracted driving.

Officials say the teen is being tried as an adult.
