BRIDGEPORT - Police are investigating after an early morning shooting left a teenage boy dead and two others injured in Bridgeport.

Investigators say that 14-year-old Justin Thompson was shot and killed as he was walking with a group of friends just after midnight at the intersection of Seaview Avenue and Williston Street.

Police say 21-year-old Benny Turner was shot in the hand and 20-year-old Travon Phidd was shot in the leg. Both are expected to survive. Anyone with information is asked to call Bridgeport police at 203-581-5206.
