NORWALK - Norwalk police are examining the details in a collision that left a jogger dead this weekend.

Police have identified the jogger as Kenneth Dorsey, 44. They say he was running on New Canaan Avenue when he was hit Saturday morning.

Police say the driver was a 16-year-old girl from New Canaan. Investigators say that it could be several weeks to determine if charges are filed against the teen.
