MILFORD - Milford police are searching for the vandals who left graffiti on several parks and playgrounds in the city. Police say the incidents have been happening since September.

Some of the images drawn include an upside down cross, leading some of the residents to believe that the graffitti is the work of a cult.

Janet Nugent, who frequently walks with her dog on the trail, says it's a shame people can't appreciate the beauty of the places that they have vandalized.

One neighbor says that images like the cross found at Mondo Pond are disturbing.
