NORWALK - A Rhode Island man is facing charges after allegedly stealing materials from a home improvement site he was working on.

Milford police say 29-year-old Vincent DiMicco took items purchased by his boss and the homeowners to complete the job at a home on Thompson Road back in March.

Police say DiMicco returned the stolen goods for store credit.
