NORWALK - Police say a West Haven man is facing burglary charges after officers found him stealing copper pipes from a store in Milford.

According to authorities, 52-year-old Steven Robinson broke into a storage shed at the J.P. Kempf Refrigeration Shop on Higgins Drive just before 10 p.m. Thursday. Robinson had some burglary tools and a small amount of marijuana in his possession, police say.
