Police: Woman arrested after cutting through dealership lot, hitting 2 cars
FAIRFIELD - A driver cut through a Fairfield car dealership parking lot Monday morning and detached her bumper after hitting two cars, according to police.
Fairfield police say the woman was trying to skip the traffic light on Kings Highway by cutting through the Miller Nissan dealership lot.
But, police say that she only made it down the street from the dealership before they pulled her over and arrested her.

Authorities are upping their traffic division for the Kings Highway area after seeing two car collisions in two weeks.
Service technicians at the dealership say that one of the cars has a minor dent and needs a paint job. The other has scratches and needs the bumper repaired. The cost of the damage is about $1,000.
