MILFORD - The former Milford police officer behind the wheel in a deadly crash in Orange may take a plea deal.

Investigators say Jason Anderson was driving 94 mph when he slammed into the car carrying David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski, both 19, in June 2009.

Anderson has since pleaded not guilty to manslaughter charges.

His attorney says negotiations for a possible plea deal are under way.

Anderson will be back in court on Dec. 21.
