Pothole plagues drivers in Stratford

STRATFORD - Many drivers in Stratford have found themselves having to go in for repairs after hitting a particularly nasty pothole on Surf Avenue under the I-95 overpass.

Drivers say the pothole is hard to see until you're right on top of it making it hard to avoid.

Robin Ette Walker is one of those drivers. She hit it on her way to work Friday morning. She says it cost her $1,500 in repairs.

After several reports of cars being damaged, the town repaired the pothole Friday.
