Stamford health officials tested an emergency preparedness plan today. The Department of Health and Social Services held the emergency response drill at Stamford High School.

The Department of Health and Social Services held the emergency response drill at Stamford High School. 

Officials say they focused on a scenario where they would need to dispense life-saving medication to the community. 

They say it's a way to determine the plan's efficiency. 

Officials say volunteers with Medical Reserve Corps Stamford assisted with the drill.
