Prosecution expected to rest in Cheshire case

CHESHIRE - Prosecutors in the Cheshire home invasion trial are expected to rest their case today.

Lawyers for Joshua Komisarjevsky will then call defense witnesses over the next two to three days.

Closing arguments are expected later this week or early next week,

Komisarjevsky faces a possible death sentence if convicted of the 2007 triple murders.
