STAMFORD - State prosecutors have reportedly met with the father of the three girls killed in a Christmas morning house fire in Stamford. According to The Stamford Advocate, prosecutors spoke with Matthew Badger and his lawyer over the possibility of criminal charges. They would likely be filed against Michael Borcina, the home's contractor and boyfriend of Badger's ex-wife.
