DARIEN - The 50th annual Pumpkin Carnival was held Saturday at the Tokeneke School in Darien.

First debuting in 1965, the carnival was originally called the "Big Pumpkin."

The event featured food, face painting, ring tosses and a variety of spooky activities.

One young attendee told News 12 that their favorite ride was the zero-gravity machine, which was perfect for thrill seekers.
