MILFORD - This morning's rain added to a buildup of snow and caused a major building collapse in Milford.

Officials say it happened just after 11 a.m. at Carbon County Chrome on Woodmont Road. They say 30 people were inside at the time, but no one sustained severe injuries.

According to firefighters, the collapse also created a gas leak and buried 3,000 gallons of potentially hazardous chemicals.

Environmental and hazmat crews are inspecting the scene. Inspectors are trying to determine if the whole warehouse, which houses two additional businesses, will need to come down.
