REDDING - Redding police say they are searching for a man who groped a woman in a parking lot in broad daylight.

The assault happened at around 4 p.m. yesterday just moments after the victim had bought a bottle of wine at a store. Police say the suspect approached the victim and reached inside her blouse.

The man is described as heavyset with a round face, 6 feet tall and possibly in his 60s. Police say the suspect was driving a silver sedan.
