BRIDGEPORT - The family of a Bridgeport woman who died along with her three kids in a fire at the PT Barnum Housing Complex is reportedly about to sue the city.

Tiana Black and her three children were killed in the fire that started in the kitchen last November.

Black's family is blaming the city because the apartment did not have a fire escape, according to a report in The Connecticut Post.

City officials say Black was legally drunk at the time of the fire and her condition prevented her family's escape.
