Report: Suspect in Yale doctor murder ruled unfit to stand trial

The man accused of killing a Yale doctor has been ruled unfit to stand trial.The New Haven Register reports a judge ruled Dr. Lishan Wang

NEW HAVEN - The man accused of killing a Yale doctor has been ruled unfit to stand trial.

The New Haven Register reports a judge ruled Dr. Lishan Wang must undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

However, the judge reportedly said there's a good chance Wang will later be found competent after receiving treatment.

Wang is accused of shooting Dr. Vajinder Toor to death in April outside on his Branford home.
