ORANGE - Two teenagers killed in an Orange crash with a Milford police officer were allegedly drunk at the time of the accident.

Ashlie Krakowski and David Servin, both 19, died in June after a collision with Officer Jason Anderson's vehicle. The New Haven Register reports the blood alcohol content of both teens was around .13.

Defense attorney and former prosecutor Jim Diamond believes the information will be taken into consideration, but is not a valid defense for Anderson. Diamond is not connected to the case.

Anderson is charged with manslaughter in the second degree, accusing him of reckless behavior that caused the fatalities.
