STORRS - An independent investigation says UConn officials knew of sexual abuse allegations against a music professor a decade before taking action.

Robert Miller has never been charged, but he was suspended from his job in June.

The report says some school officials knew Miller had been accused of misconduct with children, but did not take the appropriate action to ensure the safety of minors on campus.

The key officials cited in the report no longer work at UConn.
