BRIDGEPORT - A Massachusetts woman has reportedly been charged with a 2016 crash on I-95 in Bridgeport that killed a 24-year-old woman.

Published reports say 27-year-old Livis Rodriguez surrendered to state police on Monday after being told there was a warrant for her arrest.

State police said Shameal Jackson died after she was struck and lost control crossing three travel lanes and striking the concrete barrier on the median.

State police said Rodriguez is accused of causing the crash on July 7.
