NEW HAVEN - The judge in the Cheshire home invasion trial told attorneys for Joshua Komisarjevsky that he would not declare a mistrial after relatives of the three victims walked out in a group before testimony about an autopsy.
The attorneys called the move a stunt but the judge said they can come and go as they please.Komisarjevsky is on trial for the murders of Jennifer Hawke Petit and her two daughters.
If convicted, he could face the death penalty already handed down to co-defendant Steven Hayes.
