Request for mistrial denied in Cheshire home invasion case

NEW HAVEN - The judge in the Cheshire home invasion trial told attorneys for Joshua Komisarjevsky that he would not declare a mistrial after relatives of the three victims walked out in a group before testimony about an autopsy.
