BRIDGEPORT - Residents still managed to enjoy the unofficial end of summer in spite of a little bit of rain.

Some spent their Labor Day at the beach, taking a dip in the ocean.

Other residents spent some time playing volleyball and soccer between picnicking and lounging.

Most children are already back in school, but many more are due to start tomorrow.
