NORWALK - Gas prices are still on the rise, with the average in Connecticut almost reaching $4 a gallon.

Gas prices are putting the pinch on people?s wallets, and not just at the pumps.

Online takeout website Grubhub says most restaurants are still making deliveries for free, but Martin Gonzoles, who owns El Embrujo in Norwalk, says higher gas prices means he may have to start charging customers extra.

Linda Silvestro, of the Hoyt Livery cab service in New Canaan, says as the gas prices continue to escalate, the company will be charging customers an extra surcharge.
