DANBURY - Parishioners are without a place of worship this morning after their Danbury church was condemned following a fire.

Firefighters say a fire broke out in the attic of Saint Nicholas Byzantine Church on Pembroke Road and the fire quickly spread. As a result, part of the church's roof collapsed.

No one was injured in the fire and the cause is under investigation.
