Sandy Hook Cub Scout Edwin Tout, 9, to deliver annual report in Washington, D.C.
NORWALK - A Cub Scout from Sandy Hook will be the envy of his peers on Saturday.
Edwin Tout, 9, will be delivering the Cub Scout’s Annual Report in Washington, D.C.
The Boy Scouts of America say Tout was chosen from a pool of 60 Cub Scouts to deliver the annual report speech. He will be representing over 100 million Cub Scouts when he delivers his speech. He will be meeting Supreme Court justices, the Speaker of the House, and possibly even President Barack Obama.

Tout says he's been practicing his speech every day with his grandparents. His den leaders say he is up to the task. He is a Weebelo, which is the highest rank a Cub Scout can obtain.
