MILFORD - Milford Superintendent of Schools Dr. Harvey Polansky agreed to accept a $110,000 buyout and resign immediately following his arrest on allegations of sexual harassment.

The Milford Board of Education approved the deal, which Polansky later accepted.

Polansky is currently charged with two counts of sexual assault in connection with allegations from two principals that he sexually harassed them.

Polansky's wife defended her husband at the board of education meeting, saying he'll eventually be exonerated.
